ℹ️ Documentation Overview

This space provides documentation for the BlockSpaces platform. This includes BI&P user guides, Web3 endpoints technical documentation, and platform release notes. Final drafts of all documentation will go here before being posted on Gitbook.

📈 Goals and Guidelines

The goal of technical documents & user guides is to support existing customers and provide a positive customer experience rather than being direct outbound sales/marketing material. Therefore, the documentation in this space should be measured with completeness, clarity, and consistency as first principles.

Guidelines:

  1. All BlockSpaces products have documentation

  2. All releases have release notes

  3. All documents receive approval by the relevant Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) for accuracy & clarity:

    1. Bitcoin SME: @Ben Schroth

    2. Platform & Integrations SME: @Chris Tyler

  4. All customer issues resolved; whether via documents or direct support
